These terms describe the purchase, delivery, payment, support and use of Omnium Repair Booking.
A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use Omnium Repair Booking. The software, documentation, branding and other intellectual property remain with the rights holder. The separate license key is personal and non-transferable.
A license covers one active WordPress website or store. Monthly and annual licenses remain active while the subscription is paid. A lifetime license does not renew and includes updates and limited support while the product is actively maintained.
All published prices exclude VAT. The selected plan, billing interval, applicable VAT and final amount are shown in the SureCart checkout before confirmation.
Where offered, monthly and annual subscriptions include a 14-day trial with a payment method supplied in advance. Unless cancelled in time, the selected amount is charged after the trial and the subscription then renews each billing period.
Payments are processed by Mollie. Mollie may process payment, identity, device and transaction data to execute payments, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not store full card or bank credentials on our own website.
Subscriptions can be cancelled through the customer dashboard and generally remain available until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights apply where legally required; checkout must correctly record consent to immediate digital delivery.
After a successful order, account access, download and license key are made available through the confirmation page, email and SureCart customer dashboard. Updates remain available while the relevant license is entitled to them.
Standard support covers installation and usage questions, reproducible plugin defects and officially supported integrations. Custom work, server management, extensive CSS work and conflicts with unsupported themes or plugins are not automatically included.
We maintain the plugin for supported WordPress and PHP versions but do not guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin, theme or hosting environment, nor uninterrupted availability of external services.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to direct loss and to the amount paid for the relevant license period. Liability for indirect loss, lost revenue, data loss or business interruption is excluded unless the law prevents that exclusion.
Prices, features and terms may be changed for future periods. License, download and support access may be suspended or terminated in cases of fraud, abuse or unauthorized distribution.
Dutch law governs the agreement unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Disputes should first be submitted in writing through the contact address. The seller enters its official business name, address, registration and VAT number under Appearance → Omnium Website.
