This page explains which personal data the sales site processes, for which purposes and with which service providers.
2. Contact and support
When you contact us, we may process your name, email address, message, order or license details and technical information needed to handle the request.
3. SureCart
SureCart supports checkout, customer accounts, orders, subscriptions, downloads and licenses. Contact, billing, order, transaction, IP, device and usage data may be processed by SureCart and its necessary subprocessors.
4. Mollie
Mollie processes data required for payments. Depending on the payment method, this can include payment details, IP address, browser and device data, name, contact and address details, and purchase information. Mollie acts as an independent controller for certain payment and legal processes.
5. Google Analytics
With consent, we use Google Analytics to measure visits and website use. Page interactions, session data, approximate location, browser, device and operating-system information may be processed. We do not send directly identifying information to Google Analytics.
6. Cookies and consent
Functional cookies are required for security, language, accounts and checkout. Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga to distinguish users and sessions. Analytics is activated only after valid consent and can be disabled again through cookie settings.
7. License validation
Domain, license key, license status, product version and limited technical data may be processed for activation, updates and abuse prevention. Repair-shop customer records are not copied to our license server for marketing purposes.
8. Legal bases and retention
We process data to perform the contract, meet legal duties, pursue legitimate operational and security interests, or on the basis of consent. Invoice and transaction records follow statutory retention periods; support and account data are not kept longer than necessary. Analytics retention is configured in Google Analytics.
9. Sharing and international transfers
Data is shared only with providers required for hosting, checkout, payment, licensing, email, security and analytics. SureCart and Google may process data outside the EEA; appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards must be used.
10. Your rights
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
